How does remote support work?
This is a great add on if you need an issue resolved without the hassle of doing it yourself. Our technitions will log onto your machine using teamviewer (Windows, Mac or Linux) and fix or configure the system for you by controlling your mouse and keyboard for the specified period. This is useful for email setups, IP block removals, anti virus tweaks, tutorials etc. Once the session is over our technitions will log off of your pc and will not have any further access until you allow them to, by providing another ID and password.
